Anyone else have very high ANA but everything else negative??

1:256 for two different years that I know of.  Varying titers at diff. times. They are undependable. Can be there at one time and gone at another. Does not tell you specifically what it is that is causing the inflammation. The higher the titer the more likely for Lupus.
They can get very high.
My understanding for speckeled ect. is that one is usually found in say Scleraderma and another in other inflammatory problems.  I've been both homo. and speck.
