Dealing with Sjorgens Symptoms

I have found many things that help with the pain for muscles of Sjorgens... I take Spring Valley "L-Carnitine HCL 400mg and Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg to help break down the creatine build up in your muscles. Plus also I take 1/8 tsp of baking soda also once in morning and once at night to help with the muscle and joint aches too. If all other don't help with pain and etc. then I use my RX meds hydrocodone 5-325mg. I try my best not to use RX, but use as last measure.

L-Carnitine HCL 400mg helps with mood boost
Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg helps with creatine break down in blood and muscle
1/8 tsp baking soda x a day helps with keeping muscle pain down from lactic acid build up when you move around during daily chores.
I also drink hot tea caffeine free to help with coughing spells also the vapor from hot tea helps the lungs
I also if coughing is really bad drink hot coffee limit for lungs... many use the same when have asthma issues.

You will do better with R-lipoic Acid instead of Alpha Lipoic acid. Supplement with D3 it is part of what your body needs. For years I added Tart Cherry extract to help with some of the arthritis symptoms. You can check our signature lines to see what we are using. most of us will answer private messages (PMs). I also use frequencies to help with the related issues.
