« on: September 08, 2017, 08:13:17 PM »
Just a note to let those in hurricane area that I will keep tem all in my thoughts and prayers. I have spent a lot of time watching the Weather Channel lately and it is just heartbreaking to see what people are having to go through' It will be a hard week coming up for both those involved in this and the ones helping them. Prayers and good luck. Irish

I think this is the absolute best site for Sjogren's and especially for those of us with very severe cases.
Just randomly checking it out tonight due to some issues that seem to be getting worse (fatigue, dry eyes, mouth, sinus, etc) and am so GRATEFUL to see this post!!!!!

I live in Naples, Florida and needless to say, we had over 82" of rain YTD from Jan- September and the Hurricane.... To put it in perspective, that is 3 1/2 feet more rain than normal annual rainfall.  Very, very grateful that we didn't get the 15 foot storm surge they expected, our homes are 11 feet above sea level.  So, many many people have worked hard, incredibly long hours in unbearably hot/humid conditions to get the clean up going.  The boil water issue was lifted, the sun is shining and we will recover.  Puerto Rico and California are in my prayers.

I'm sorry this post is a bit long, I never expected to see such sincere caring about a completely unrelated issue and it has truly touched my heart and inspired me. I would like to become more active
And may be able to offer some thoughts, suggestions, on things that have helped me.  Hopefully help others avoid issues that  I have run into and have since resolved.  Just to clarify, I certainly am not selling anything or promoting any products, just like to learn what has helped others with some of these miserable symptoms and hopefully I can offer relief as well.  I'm not super savvy with the technology and how to use this site most effectively.  Take good care, Thank you again, Debbi
