Thrush is quite common in those with Sjogren's. I'm actually battling it now. It can cause burning on the tongue or mouth, white patches, etc. I have been prescribed Oravig. I place one tablet every day under the cheek/lip of my top teeth and it slowly dissolves over the course of the day. A bit annoying at first, but not too bad after a while. The course is 14 days. I haven't finished yet, but hope it works.
Your ENT should have been able to address this for you. Time to find someone new...IMO
