Good luck to you all.  Today has been a personally difficult day.  Reading messages on here always gives me some comfort that others understand.

Here's to tomorrow.  I pray that we all feel better & when we do not that we can still find a way to enjoy every day!!!   :D

Ok, so for now...

1.  Muscle & joint pain and fatigue...Oh, my constant, unwelcome companions.

2.  Brain fog...Got up yesterday morning to preheat the oven for breakfast, went back to bed while it preheated, smelled a funky smell and went to investigate.  YIKES!  There was a dish towel smoking in my oven.  Guess I put it in there instead of the drawer next to the oven.

3.  Mouth sores...BTW, does anyone here chew on their sores?  Even though they hurt like you know what, I can't seem to make myself quit biting on them.  I finally went to WM and bought a mouth guard and then my cheeks just stuck to that, lol.

4.  Sleep disturbance...Tossing and turning trying to get comfortable or complete insomnia.  You know it's bad when your Shih Tzu refuses to sleep with you anymore, lol.

5.  Dry eyes and mouth...I think we all need to get together and come up with T-Shirts.  Something like "I'm a Sjoggie not a Stoner" or in my case since I have blues eyes "Thank you Sjogren's for my patriotic eyes" (mine stay red, white and blue), or how about "I'm not drunk, I'm dry"

It may seem like I'm making light of my situation.  Trust me, I'm not.  I'm just having a day when I can laugh a little about it.  I'm finally coming to terms with all of this...well, at least for today.

Reading through this is a total nightmare.  It's kind of "funny" in that there are so many different things people are rating.
Isn't it nice to be able to come here and list our aches, pains and b**ch*s without having anyone think a thing about it.  I know we all have to
deal with stuff like work, family that doesn't understand, dr appts and all that.  But, you know what?  Everyone, healthy or not has to deal with babysitters not showing up, cars that won't start, sick kids, pregnant teens. (Just thought I'd throw a tough one in there.  Hurrah for all of us.  Lucy

Great post! I feel better about my brain fog now! I got lost once a block from the house I've had lived in for 35 yrs! I actually had to pull over and sit there for a minute before I was able to "access" the memory of where my house is.

I'd put brain fog at 5 though.

1. Pain
2. Fatigue
3. Dry mouth
4. Dry eyes
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.

I will only give my top three:

Brain Fog:

Oh, dude I forgot the other.  No joke!

Oh, fatigue.

And doctors scratching their head saying "you have a lot of things going on in your body, it could be anything".

Billydude,

Yeah! But now you get to walk around like an 90 year old because those dogs are barking refusing to be put to the floor, back in knots, knees feel like bone rubbing bone and hands feel like you'll want to separate them from the wrists. Yep! Whole new world openin up to ya!! This is the part of Sjogrens that you get to share with the rest of the world as they see you limp along! Add that to the other stuff and you got a fine hot mess going on!!

All I'm sayin is now things will get even more interesting!
